In March I was contacted by a young lady that was working on her own range of vegan desserts - being fascinated with the vegan concept and always impressed with people who can create tasty little worlds of only a few ingredients, I jumped at the chance. And I have to say her desserts are absolutely divine! Especially the muesli which is one of the best ones I have tasted - gluten and vegan free or not!
